Eye Catalog

Here is a project I made to catalogue eyes. Eyes have always been an inspiration to me as they are expressive of someone's true emotions, and unique to each individual. They have different characteristics of colour, shape and texture within the iris and the surrounding, lashes and brow. I began with photograph documentation but also experimentation with hand sketching and abstraction. By the end of this project I had over 100 different eye translations.
Architecture Inspired Posters
The following posters were created based on the work of renowned architect Daniel Libeskind in a connotative and denotative style. I was inspired by his design of the Royal Ontario Museum and the Holocaust Museum in Berlin. These posters reflect his use of sharp angles, and long narrow windows which I translated to a visual textured via typography treatment.
