Resin on plywood

Inspired by wormhole theories of time travel, ancient calendar systems and astrolabes this sculpture has moveable rings. The outermost ring rotates clockwise and counterclockwise and the inner ring spins on its axis. ⅛ inch plywood was cut with a laser cutter, hand detailing made using a soldering iron, and filled with dyed resin, sanded down and varnished.
